A second air site visitors management outage at one of many busiest worldwide airport is exposing the nation’s strained and getting older system. For the second time in two weeks, Newark Liberty International Airport suffered a tech outage the place controllers misplaced contact with pilots. The FAA says it’s rushing up plans to improve the system.
