Rep. LaMonica McIver (D-NJ) is going through federal fees for allegedly assaulting legislation enforcement officers after chaos broke out exterior of an ICE detention facility in her house state. Prosecutors, nevertheless, dropped the federal trespassing cost in opposition to Newark Mayor Ras Baraka (D-NJ), who was arrested throughout the confrontation.
