Past and current workers in England’s NHS psychiatric care system have advised Sky News the service is falling aside and is on the level of "collapse".
They reveal main considerations about "unsafe" mixed-gender areas, insufficient safeguarding protections and mattress shortages, which they are saying are placing sufferers in danger.
Sky News spoke to 1 NHS worker – a sufferer of sexual abuse – who was groped by one other NHS employee.
