According to court docket docs, the previous actress alleges the ‘National Treasure’ star ignored their son’s mental-health considerations and as an alternative enabled his alleged conduct forward of the April 2024 incident. Now, Christina is suing Nicolas for negligent supervision and negligent enterprise, and Weston for assault, battery, intentional infliction of emotional misery and negligent infliction of emotional misery. She can also be suing each for negligence.
