NTSB report: Cargo ship that struck Baltimore bridge misplaced energy hours earlier than it left port

Moments earlier than a cargo ship struck the Francis Scott Key Bridge in Baltimore, it misplaced energy twice. A brand new NTSB report reveals about ten hours earlier, earlier than leaving the Port of Baltimore, there have been two different energy failures on board.
