Former nursery employee Vincent Chan has been sentenced to 18 years in jail after filming himself sexually abusing youngsters in his care.
His offending, which the decide described as "utterly wicked, perverse, and depraved", stretches again twenty years, first at a Finchley main faculty after which on the Bright Horizons nursery in north London.
