Chancellor Rachel Reeves says she’s proud to have delivered "real, meaningful pay rises" to hundreds of thousands of public sector employees.
However, throughout her speech on the Labour Party convention in Liverpool, the Royal College of Nursing has rejected the federal government’s 5.5% pay rise provide.
During the speech, Ms Reeves additionally seemed forward to the finances saying they’ve "real ambition", and will likely be poised to "fix the foundations" of the financial system.
