Officer hangs onto shifting truck then kills driver

A police officer in Wisconsin held onto a shifting truck after a person refused his order to get out. The officer shot and killed the driving force whereas a passenger was sitting subsequent to him. The incident is at the moment underneath investigation. #cnn #information
