Officers might face misconduct inquiry after failing to identify homicide sufferer

Police Scotland officers who failed to identify a homicide sufferer had been shot might face a misconduct inquiry, a former senior detective has instructed Sky News.

Recently-retired Brian Low, 65, was found lifeless on a secluded path close to Aberfeldy, Perthshire in February. Police assumed he had died from pure causes however per week later found gunshot wounds and launched a homicide inquiry.
