EPA administrator Michael Regan, Ohio Sen. Sherrod Brown and others spoke in East Palestine, Ohio, about the derailment of a train carrying several hazardous chemicals. Regan met with residents and emergency responders earlier Thursday. While residents have been able to return to their homes, they have raised concerns about air quality, water safety and more.
