Online Safety Bill : Abuse victims write to tech bosses as bill nears final hurdle
More than 100 survivors of sexual abuse, families, and child safety experts have written to major technology companies to demand safer services for children.
The government and campaigners want companies to reduce the security of their encryptions to make it easier to check messages.
It comes ahead of the government’s Online Safety Bill facing its final stages in Parliament this week.
