Mei Mei the parakeet was noticed in New York’s Central Park. She was most probably deserted or escaped from a pet retailer, in accordance with Liz Cabrera-Holtz from the nonprofit World Animal Protection, and so they’ve seen comparable stories that didn’t finish nicely when the climate turned chilly.
That’s when a gaggle of buddies stepped as much as monitor and rescue Mei Mei.
