Netflix stated Thursday afternoon that it has “declined to raise its offer for Warner Bros.” after the Warner Bros. Discovery board decided that Paramount has submitted a “superior” supply.
The announcement implies that Paramount has immediately moved a lot nearer to taking on CNN and the remainder of the property owned by WBD.
