Parole battle over drunk driver who killed two teenagers after being deported twice

An Orange County household is combating to maintain the person who killed their son behind bars after studying that he’s eligible for parole in July. Nikolay Osokin and his girlfriend Anya Varfolomeeva have been killed in November 2021. They have been driving alongside the 405 in Seal Beach when Oscar Ortega-Anguiano crashed into them at almost 100 mph. Lesley Marin reviews.
