Pennsylvania Gov. Josh Shapiro and supporters of the CROWN ACT gathered in Philadelphia to signal the invoice into regulation on Tuesday. The regulation is designed to stop hair discrimination within the office, colleges, and locations of enterprise in Pennsylvania.
