A brand new pioneering Alzheimer’s drug has been rejected for widespread use within the NHS in England.
The announcement comes because the UK’s medicines regulator stated that donanemab could possibly be licensed to be used within the UK.
However, the well being spending watchdog, the National Institute of Health and Care Excellence (NICE), stated that it "does not currently demonstrate value for the NHS".
