A small airplane narrowly missed a person throughout an emergency crash touchdown at Haggin Oaks Golf Complex in Sacramento. The airplane’s engine failed at an altitude of about 400 ft, studies CNN affiliate KCRA. In an announcement, Haggin Oaks stated the harm to its facility is minor.
