Prime Minister Sir Keir Starmer is in Norway to signal an settlement on inexperienced vitality.
Following an official ceremony, the PM and his Norwegian counterpart answered questions, throughout which he was requested about Prince Andrew’s alleged hyperlinks with a Chinese businessman.
