Connecticut police launched physique cam footage from the rescue of the person in Waterbury who informed first responders he deliberately set his residence on hearth to flee after allegedly being held captive by his stepmother, Kimberly Sullivan, for greater than 20 years. In the footage launched, Sullivan, who denies the allegations, may be heard asking police to assist her stepson.
