An unbiased evaluation into the BBC’s office tradition was organised in response to the Huw Edwards scandal.
BBC chairman Samir Shah instructed workers forward of the report’s launch: "There is a minority of people whose behaviour is simply not acceptable".
He mentioned the report made suggestions to "prioritise action over procedural change", in addition to addressing "deep-seated issues" together with workers not feeling assured sufficient to talk up.
