When requested whether or not he’s negotiating with terrorists, Pres. Trump stated the U.S. is "having discussions with Hamas" so as to assist get the hostages out.
"There’s a difference between negotiating and paying," Trump stated, including that he’s "not giving cash" to Hamas.
When requested if the U.S. would be part of Israel in taking motion towards Hamas if they do not launch remaining 24 dwelling hostages, Trump added that "somebody is going to have to get a lot rougher."
