The Chief Executive of the Youth Justice Board has advised Sky News that businesses should study from the systemic failings recognized by the general public inquiry into the Southport assault.
Speaking to Samantha Washington on The UK Tonight, Stephanie Roberts-Bibby mentioned she finds it "hard to believe" that the various professionals who had contact with Axel Rudakubana had "no insight into what was going on in his world".
Alice da Silva Aguiar, 9, Bebe King, six, and Elsie Dot Stancombe, seven, have been killed by Rudukubana, who was 17 on the time, in a stabbing assault at a dance class in Southport on 29 July 2024.
