Rachel Reeves and the ‘£22bn black hole’ within the financial system

Chancellor Rachel Reeves says she’s found a "£20bn black hole" within the public funds left by the earlier authorities.  
  
In the Commons, she set out her plans to handle the funding shortfall via spending cuts, as shadow chancellor Jeremy Hunt accused Labour of utilizing the assertion to put the groundwork for a U-turn on tax rises within the October price range.
