Rachel Reeves has confirmed that the price range will happen on 26 November, and has printed a video accompanying the announcement, setting the scene for the autumn.
The chancellor says: "Britain’s economic system is not damaged. But I do know it is not working nicely sufficient for working individuals.
"Bills are high. Getting ahead feels tougher. You put more in, get less out. That has to change."
