Refugee Council blames Conservative authorities for asylum accommodations scenario
A call by the earlier authorities to delay processing asylum claims is behind the choice to accommodate massive numbers of migrants in accommodations, the Refugee Council has informed Sky News.
Imran Hussain, director of exterior affairs on the council, stated the Conservatives had stopped making selections as a result of they wished to ship asylum seekers to Rwanda whereas claims had been processed, a coverage that he claimed had now created the backlog.
A courtroom dominated on Monday that migrants needs to be faraway from a resort in Epping, Essex – different councils at the moment are prone to lodge appeals.
"This is a failure of public policy to process claims," he stated.
"Nobody thinks asylum seekers needs to be saved in accommodations whereas their circumstances are being processed.
"It’s very expensive, it’s an isolating experience…. and of course for local communities there’s a lot of tension, some of which is being exploited by the far-right."
