The brother of Renee Good, a 37-year-old Minnesota lady who was killed when an Immigration and Customs Enforcement agent shot into her automobile, testified at a public discussion board on Capitol Hill, which was organized by Democratic lawmakers — Connecticut’s Sen. Richard Blumenthal and California’s Rep. Robert Garcia. No DHS officers appeared at Tuesday’s discussion board.
