A girl and a person have been killed in an explosion after a reported domestic-related incident, police have mentioned.
Three different folks – a person, a girl and a toddler – suffered minor accidents and have been taken to hospital. "There is not believed to be any significant damage to other properties," police mentioned.
Police described the explosion as "suspicious" and declared a significant incident. But it’s not being handled as terror-related.
