The employment minister Dame Diana Johnson spoke to Sky’s Darren McCaffrey about pub enterprise fee hikes.
She defended general modifications to enterprise fee calculations, saying they’re "fairer" on small companies.
"I think it’s wrong if you just have a policy and you’re not willing to listen to people who are going to be affected by it," she added.
