Reports from the Russian Ministry of Defence say Ukrainian armed forces have struck a goal within the Bryansk area of Russia with six ATACMS ballistic missiles provided by the US.
State media cited the ministry as saying air defence crew shot down 5 shells and broken the opposite, however missile fragments triggered a hearth after falling on a part of the army facility.
Meanwhile, a spokesperson for Prime Minister Keir Starmer has described the Russian authorities as "depraved", after Putin authorised an up to date nuclear doctrine, decreasing the brink for nuclear weapon use.
