The ‘Scarface’ mansion formally hits the market in Key Biscayne, Florida — and it is the most-expensive house presently on the market in all of South Florida, the second priciest within the state with an asking prince of $237 million. Set on 2.38 acres, with sweeping views, the property spans 13,000 sq. toes and options 868 toes of waterfront property, a dock, helipad and a piano-shaped pool. In 1983’s’Scarface,’ it served as the house of Frank Lopez (Robert Loggia), the place Tony Montana (Al Pacino) first meets him, and the place Elvira (Michelle Pfieffer) famously descends within the glass elevator.
