Russian President Vladimir Putin was formally sworn in for his fifth time period in workplace on Tuesday, on the age of 71. In his quick inauguration speech in Moscow, he stated that Russia doesn’t rule out dialogue with the West, however "the choice is theirs" to pursue aggression or peace.
