A bipartisan group of senators is proposing a invoice to designate Russia as a state sponsor of terrorism as a result of stories of Russian authorities abducting Ukrainian kids and coaching them to combat for the Russian military.
Ukraine says that greater than 19,500 kids have been kidnapped or forcibly displaced into Russia because the invasion on Feb. 24, 2022.
"They have kidnapped, we think, 19,546 Ukrainian children," Sen. Lindsey Graham mentioned. "Russia has earned the right to be on this list."
