Sir Keir Starmer is assembly first minister Michelle O’Neill and deputy first minister Emma Little-Pengelly as he tries to "reset" relations between the UK authorities and the devolved nations.
The PM can also be joined by his Northern Ireland secretary, Hilary Benn.
