Former Chief Constable of Greater Manchester Police, Sir Peter Fahy, says that the Merseyside Police investigation needs to look beyond the individual who pulled the trigger on Olivia Pratt-Korbel.
He told Sky News that the criminal networks that haunt communities in Liverpool and parts of the country need to be dismantled by communities working together with neighbourhood and intelligence-led policing.
