Lambeth resident Peter Seymour says he has contacted the council about issues over 20 instances within the final 18 months and nothing has been executed.
He says his residing circumstances are ‘like a conflict zone’, whereas the council apologises and claims ‘repairs have proved extra complicated than anticipated’.
