In a shock improvement, 18-year-old Axel Rudakubana, from Lancashire, pleaded responsible to the murders of nine-year-old Alice da Silva Aguiar, six-year-old Bebe King and 7 12 months outdated Elsie Dot Stancombe in Southport.
An inquiry into final July’s Southport stabbings has been introduced by the Home Secretary, Yvette Cooper.
