The public inquiry into the Southport assaults is publishing its first main report. Axel Rudakubana killed Elsie Dot Stancombe, seven, Bebe King, six, and Alice da Silva Aguiar, 9, at a Taylor Swift-themed dance class in July 2024.
The Phase One report of the Southport Inquiry shall be laid in Parliament and revealed on-line at noon.
Chairman of the inquiry Sir Adrian Fulford will make a brief assertion at Liverpool Town Hall.
