MADRID (AP) — A Spaniard who spent 15 months in an Iranian jail after visiting the tomb of Mahsa Amini returned dwelling to Madrid on Tuesday after being launched.

“I can’t believe it. This has been very hard, but I am here. We have no idea how fortunate we are to have been born in his country,” Santiago Sánchez Cogedor instructed a gaggle of reporters on the airport after he was embraced by household and mates upon arrival.
