"Squeal" follows Samuel (Kevin Janssens), who is away from home looking for his father. A small traffic accident in distant Eastern Europe, on the outskirts of a fabled woodland, leads to a fortuitous meeting with a pig-daughter farmer’s Kirke (Laura Silia). Her initial kindness is a ruse to trap him and put him to work on the farm. Alone, unable to communicate, and tied up with the pigs 24 hours a day, he learns to adapt. Fortunately, a seemingly magical piglet wins Sam’s trust and leads him to freedom and true love. "Squeal" arrives to select theaters and on VOD on August 19th, 2022!
