The chief of the Conservatives has insisted that Sir Keir Starmer was solely spared yesterday as a result of Labour MPs are too petrified of shedding their ministerial positions.
Kemi Badenoch advised Sky News: "I think that all that’s happened is his MPs have given him a stay of execution because they are terrified of losing their own jobs."
