The prime minister’s strategy to the Iran conflict will not be working, in accordance with Sir James Cleverly.
Sir Keir Starmer has insisted that the UK will solely be concerned in defensive actions because the battle unfolds.
But Cleverly, the shadow housing secretary, advised Trevor Phillips: "Starmer’s ‘keep out of it’ strategy has not worked."
"We’ve alienated some of our closest allies in the world," Cleverly added.
