A extreme purple wind climate warning has been issued for components of the UK, with gusts of 90mph anticipated.
The Met Office has stated "damaging winds" related to Storm Darragh are anticipated to trigger "significant disruption" and there’s a "danger to life" as a consequence of flying particles.
The warning covers coastal areas of Wales and southwest England, and is in place from 3am-11am on 7 December.
