Interest charges on plan 2 and three scholar loans might be capped at 6% from September, the federal government has introduced.
The resolution comes after mounting criticism of the scholar mortgage system, with many graduates seeing their money owed develop to greater than they ever borrowed attributable to excessive rates of interest.
