Sudan ‘biggest humanitarian disaster of twenty first Century’, international secretary says

Three years because the begin of the Sudan battle, Yvette Cooper has informed Sky News that Sudan "is the greatest humanitarian crisis of the 21st century and we desperately need a ceasefire".

The international secretary additionally introduced a £146m help finances for Sudan and plans to take a look at refugee visas for college students after the scholar visa ban.

Since April 2023, Sudan has been in the midst of a brutal battle between the Sudanese Armed Forces and a strong paramilitary group, Rapid Support Forces (RSF). It has led to 1000’s of deaths and hundreds of thousands being displaced and going through famine.
