Supreme Court claps again after months of criticism over ethics

The Supreme Court unveiled a 15-page formal code of conduct addressing recusal, monetary pursuits, and permissible actions.

The moral requirements purpose to dispel liberal criticism and perceptions of lax oversight, signaling adherence to rules lengthy noticed by different federal courts.

“We are issuing this code, which largely represents a codification of principles that we have long regarded as governing our conduct,” the justices mentioned in a press release.
