The Supreme Court on Thursday heard arguments in Trump v. Anderson, a case that questions whether or not former President Donald Trump is ineligible for the presidency due to his conduct associated to the assault on the U.S. Capitol on Jan. 6, 2021. The case, which stems from a lawsuit filed by six Colorado voters, cites Section 3 of the 14th Amendment because the reasoning for maintaining Trump off the poll.
