‘Tax cuts for Elon Musk’ whereas reducing welfare ‘dangers authorities’s ethical compass’, says Cooper

The deputy chief of the Liberal Democrats Daisy Cooper speaks to Trevor Phillips.

She says her celebration is "deeply concerned" by stories the federal government is making ready for "savage cuts" on assist for disabled individuals.

It places the federal government at "real risk of losing their moral compass", she provides, once they weigh that up alongside a "tax cut to Elon Musk and other US tech barons".

She’s referring to the Digital Services Tax, which the Financial Times stories the UK is in talks with the US about.
