A trainer who confronted discrimination from senior employees at her former faculty has informed Sky News how she was left feeling "worthless".
It comes after a report by the National Foundation for Educational Research (NFER) warned racism, discrimination and the dearth of alternatives for promotion are damaging the educating career and driving away employees from ethnic minority backgrounds.
