An adolescent has been handed a life sentence after shaking his companion’s child to dying.
Carl Alesbrook – now 19 – prompted whiplash-type accidents, bleeding on the mind and a number of bone fractures to four-month-old Elijah Shemwell seven weeks after assembly his mom in November 2021.
His ex-partner, India Shemwell, was sentenced to 3 years’ imprisonment after she admitted two counts of kid cruelty in December final yr.
