A big chunk of a twisting mountain highway collapsed in Wyoming, authorities stated Saturday, leaving a gaping chasm within the freeway and severing a well-traveled commuter hyperlink between the small cities in japanese Idaho and the vacationer vacation spot of Jackson.
Aerial images and drone video of the collapse present the Teton Pass highway with deep cracks and an enormous part of the pavement having disappeared altogether. The highway was closed on the time of the collapse.
